There is no substitute when it comes to these important parts, this kit is SPEC’s out for the OG 69-89 9.5″ Cruisers including the FJ40, FJ45, FJ55, FJ60, FJ62, and most Imported Cruisers with the 9.5 of that era. Crawlorado SPEC Solid Pinion Spacer is included, we have designed and manufactured this spacer in Colorado to fill a void left by the competitors in the market. Our spacer replaces the crush sleeve in order to maintain a more precise and consistent pinion preload throughout the life of the diff. We include Pinion Depth Shims for the inner pinion Race, this style of shim is easier and faster to change depths and moves the inner bearing closer to the pinion head, lowering deflection therefore increasing strength. Pinion Seal and Nut are sourced from modern Toyota OEM parts bin to exceed the original designs, the Seal being all rubber encased with dust to flange provision, and the flanged steak nut style has no need for a washer.

IMPORTANT carrier bearings in these trucks had two flavors. 45mm and 50mm. the only for sure method of choosing the correct size is to measure your current carrier bearing bore, or the Inner Dimension of the Carrier Bering (may be different front to rear).
- ALL ARB aftermarket Lockers use the 50mm
- Most Full Float carriers use 50mm
- Most Front Axles use 50mm
- Most Semi Float Rear use 45mm
